        Roland Gonzales- FSP IS EXCITED ABOUT OUR NEWEST EDITION .ROLAND PLAYED HIS HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL AT SCARBOROUGH AS A INFIELDER WHERE HE HAD ACHIEVED SEVERAL TEXAS HIGH SCHOOL AWARDS AS A STARTER. HE PLAYED COLLEGE BASEBALL AT BLINN JUNIOR FOR TWO YEARS THEN MOVED ON TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON ON A FULL SCHOLARSHIP. ROLAND IS NOW THE MANAGER OF THE TEXAS STEEL 12U TEAM. WE ARE PROUD TO ANNOUNCE ROLAND TO OUR FSP MANAGEMENT TEAM.        F


 

Grant Rowland - Played at Louisiana College as a catcher, pitcher and 3rd baseman. Grant was selected as the teams MVP and team captain his senior year at LC. Grant was considered having the quickest times to second base in his conference as a senior. Times of 1.7 were documented…that is equivalent to Pudge Rodriguez and Brad Ausmus. Grant has been invited to try-outs by the Cincinnati Reds, Los Angeles Dodgers and other MLB teams. Grant is now one of FSP pro instructors.

 

 Stephen Rowland-Graduated from Klein High School where he played Varsity 4 years. Steve was drafted by the St.Louis Cardinals but elected to attend college and ball for the LSU Tigers. Steve comes to FSP with a lot of knowledge of pitching. Steve has also attended several Braggs Stockton camps.FSP welcomes Steve!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                 


Matt Emerson – Currently a senior at Texas A & I, plays SS and 3B. Matt also played at Rice University in 2003 and was part of that College World Series team that won it. Matt played a decisive role in Rice’s victory over Houston to help get Rice to the College World Series. Matt as well played at Spring High School and was a teammate with Jeremy Arterburn. Matt also ranked high in the Greater Houston Area for homeruns and RBI’s.




Patrick Beale - Played 3rd Base at McLennan Junior College University where he was chosen to be Team Captain. His play earned him a full Division I scholarship to Centenary College in Shreveport, LA. Patrick led his team in batting average as their Team Captain.  After graduating he coached at the University of Texas in San Antonio.  Patrick brings the passion for Baseball that we here at FSP show.

 

Andrew Landau- Played 2nd Base at Katy Taylor High School, where he received several Awards at the 5A-Level. Andrew strength was hitting which he managed a 485. avg, He played College Ball at Schreiner University. Andrew plans to become a High School coach in the C.I.S.D. Andrew brings a lot passion in his instruction. We here at FSP are excited about his addition to our program.
